The new wineskin still has laws – freedom is not just doing what u perceive God has told you or shown you to date

All groups working together must have boundary agreements

Making a judgement of control is severe wrong trading as people self governing are not control able anyway 

Willingness to Listen to new material from any Fathers on the bench ,unless basic teaching as a way of laying down our current understanding

Willingness to promote other pages above your own materiel 

Willingness to not use the platform for your own independent fathering 

Stay in working relationship with Founding Fathers jane and bill

Communicate the type of mandates you are doing frequently to evidence your own personal journey and to stop people relying on group encounters 

Be able to demonstrate a mandate to the group 

Be able to bring issues for oub to demonstrate you are caring for whole function of oub

To show you are inviting people to joint chats and hr Facebook page to show u understand about building a joint platform ( versus just adding to own encounter chats )

Fathering a group is not the only requirement for being on this bench 

Demonstrate your understanding of all parts of oub 

Read chats every few days to stay in working relationship unless you communicate u are away or taking a break 

Listen for requests on chats and be attentive if requests have been asked over to demonstrate listening skills
