There are 2 major kinds of Heavenly Cities.
- Cities that are associated with The Realms of Heaven
- Cities that are associated with The Godhead & Man
Cities associated with The Realms of Heaven
- Many of The Realms of Heaven have a City associated with them.
- The best-known example is New Jerusalem.
- The City of New Jerusalem is associated with The Realm of The Creation.
- New Jerusalem is revealed to us in The Revelation of Jesus Christ 21 – 22.
- If you have never explored New Jerusalem I strongly suggest that you do so.
Cities associated with The Godhead & Man
- These are Age of Melchizedek Cities.
Melchizedek is revealed in scripture as a King & a Priest.
- He is King of Righteousness & King of Salem (Peace).
- King is the first of 5 Names / Stones of The Age of Melchizedek.
This means that he is King of 2 Cities:
- King of The City of Righteousness
- King of The City of Peace
Abram also became King of these 2 Cities.
- This is because Abram came into covenant with Melchizedek.
- Abram later became Abraham.
- Abraham is The Father of us All.
- All that he has is ours.
- We are Kings of the same 2 Cities.
There are 12 of these Cities.
- There are 3 Cities associated with each of The Godhead.
- There are 3 Cities associated with Man.
- This makes a total of 12 Cities.
Each City has a Name.
Every Name gives us 2 things.
- Identity
- Function
There is a Journey into any Name.
- There is a Journey into The Name of every City.

The Spirit of God
- Righteousness

The 12 Cities Journey
The 12 City Journey is 2 things.
- Restored Relationship
- Restored Function
Restored Relationship
The Journey is into restored Relationship with The Godhead.
- It is into restored Function in The Names of each member of The Godhead.
- This is functioning in Oneness with each of The Godhead.
Spirit of God
- Everything about The Spirit of God has flow to it.
- Learning to flow is learning to function in Oneness with The Spirit of God.
- The Spirit of God points us to The Son of God.
Son of God
- Everything about The Son of God is becoming like Father God.
- Sons of God are fathered.
- The Son of God brings us to The Father’s House.
Father God
- Everything about Father God fathers Sons of God.
- Fathers build Houses full of Sons.
The 3 Names of The Holy Spirit Cities are also restored relationship.
- Righteousness
- Peace
- Joy
Restored Function
- Each of the Names of the other 9 Cities is function.
- We Journey into fully functioning in each of these functions.
The Way
- We Journey to become a Path for others to follow.
- This is functioning as a Forerunner.
The Truth
- We Journey to become Truth.
- One Truth at a time.
The Life
- We Journey to become Life.
- Before we become Life we must die to the Old & be Resurrected to the New.
- This is becoming The Resurrection.
- After we become The Life we become The Light.
Judgment
- We begin to function as Judges.
- We Journey to become Judgment.
Justice
- Justice is a result of Judgment.
- We Journey to become Justice.
Holiness
- We Journey to become Holiness.
- With Holiness we are able to see The LORD (YHVY).
- We become Priests.
The 3 Cities of Man come towards the End of The Journey.
- The Journey into these 3 Cities is Journey into Restoration of our 3-part nature.
- The End is Journey of The Ecclesia into levels of Corporate Identity & Function.
Spirit
- We Journey into restored function of our Spirit.
Soul
- We Journey into restored function of our Soul.
“He restores my soul.” Psalm 23
The 3 parts of our Soul.
Mind
- We have The Mind of Christ.
- This is thinking like an Overcoming King.
- It results in Overcoming everything that needs to be Overcome.
- Kingship is The Restored Mind.
Will
- We have The Will of The Priest.
- Abraham functioned as Priest when he to sacrifice Isaac.
- Isaac functioned as Living Sacrifice.
- Abraham didn’t Sacrifice Isaac’s Body.
- He did Sacrifice Isaac’s Soul.
- The additions made to Isaac’s Soul by Wrong Trading died.
- This is Living Sacrifice.
- Priesthood is The Restored Will.
Emotions
- We have The Emotions of The Son.
- Sonship brings with it Restored Emotions.
Body
- Our personal Body is restored.
- Our corporate Body.
There is a Journey of The corporate Body.
- Body of Christ (King)
- Temple of God / My Father’s House
- Temple of The LORD
Here is some of what we have seen in The 12 Cities by Encounter:
- We enter in through Gates.
- We even experienced a Triumphal Entry in some Cities!
- We are King in each City.
- Cities in scripture each have a King.
- There is a Throne in each City.
- We have a Crowning.
- Later we have a Coronation.
- From The Throne we exercise Dominion with respect to the Name of the City.
3 Levels of Dominion:
- With respect to ourselves
- With respect to our Bench or Ecclesia.
- With respect to The Universal Ecclesia.
3 aspects of exercising Dominion:
- Legislating as a Legislator with respect to the Name of the City.
- Judging as a Judge with respect to the Name of the City.
- Ruling as a King with respect to the Name of the City.
We have seen by Encounter that The 12 Cities become One City.
- The 12 Thrones stack on top of one another.
- It is One Throne.

Stumbling Blocks
- Objections to The City / Throne Journey that we have heard:
- Objections are Stumbling Blocks.
- We are to avoid stumbling over a Stumbling Block.
- If we stumble, we then pause our Journey with respect to a Name.
Stumbling Block / Objection #1
- We are to follow God.
- Following God is not a Game of Thrones.
Answer to Objection #1
- God is a King.
- He sits on a Throne.
- We are Kings.
- We sit on a Throne too.
- There are many aspects of Kingship.
- Each aspect involves a Throne.
Stumbling Block / Objection #2
- What about intimacy? Where is intimacy in Kingship?
Answer to Objection #2
- There is Relationship & there is Responsibility.
- Intimacy is part of Relationship.
- Everything isn’t about Relationship.
- Some things are about Responsibility.
- Kingship is one of The 12 Laws of Zion.
- The 12 Laws of Zion are Laws of Responsibility.
- Kingship is about Responsibility.
Stumbling Block #3
The biggest cause of not possessing a City is lack of Oneness.
“I do not pray for these alone, but also for those who will believe in Me through their word; that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.” John 17:20-21
- Yeshua prayed that we would be One.
- That we would be One in The Godhead.
- This is Oneness with each of The Godhead.
- Oneness with believers comes because we have Oneness with The Godhead.
The 4 Ones
- One with The Spirit of God
- One with The Son of God
- One with Father God = One God & Father
- One Man
One Man is 2 Ones.
- Individual Oneness
- Corporate Oneness
Individual Oneness
- Oneness of our Spirit, Soul & Body.
Corporate Oneness = Oneness of The Ecclesia
- Oneness in Benches
- Oneness in Ecclesias
- Oneness of The Universal Ecclesia
Lack of Oneness keeps us from Possessing Cities.
With respect to Stumbling Blocks:
- We are to watch where we decree.
- We are to use other methods.
