Revelation on are all saved and dialogue on universalism and alternative theologies

There is a very big difference between “all are saved” and “all will be saved.” The first statement is Universalism. The second statement is a correct understanding of God’s plan.

Universalism disregards 2 things: 1) Sin separates from God & 2) There is no salvation apart from true faith in Jesus. Universalism, as it is taught today, emphasizes the need to wake up to the truth / the light. It neglects all together that each of us has darkness within us that needs to be acknowledged & repented of.

God’s plan will result in everyone eventually being saved by faith in Jesus, but not all being saved at the same time. Some are saved in this lifetime. Some will not be saved until after death. And there are degrees of salvation in this life time: 1) Initial Salvation, 2) Overcomers & 3) The Male Child. Here is the most important thing to see: When anyone is saved it is always through faith in Jesus.

Do they acknowledge that Sin is within man & that Sin separates man from God? This will show you what they think that they need to be saved from. In the case of Universalism they will most likely see that they need to be saved from the ignorance of a truth that has always been there, but has not been seen. In this case “salvation” means waking up to truth so that you can see it. Salvation is then seeing the revelation of truth.

Do they see that salvation is only found in Jesus? “Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.” Acts 4:12 NKJV Universalism does not see this truth.

Sin in Greek is translated as loss of identity as a noun not a verb of wrong doing.

Why would it? It doesn’t see Sin & that Sin separates from God. Universalism sees that salvation his having a specific “knowledge”. Today this knowledge is that we are light & have always been light. The truth is that God is light & that there is no darkness in him at all. “This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all.” 1 John 1:5 NKJV The other part of the truth is that there is darkness in man: Link Here
