There are many verses that talk on God being a judge . See below . There is also a judgement seat of Christ.
Consider the difference between Positional righteousness and functional righteousness . Positional says god remembers sin no more and we can approach him freely
Functional says I have traded wrongly and I want to voluntarily come to trade out of this on sea of glass ( Ezekiel throne is one example )
One is maturity the former is grace
Judged to everlasting life – ie we get more life we don’t have full life it is a journey.
If we don’t want to be cleansed then we don’t want to become a better person and that is immaturity
GOD IS A JUDGE and no way that is no longer relevant as party of his character
We are judged at great white throne on death so why wouldn’t we be judged now
We are judged to life not death meaning judgement isn’t vindictive or punitive
Three strands of father judgement justice holiness
Father judges us
When we present ourselves to the Mobile court we agree with the accuser to remove legal right ( we are not dragged in )
