The 2 Pillars of The Age of Rest are:

  1. Authorized
  2. Mandated

It is important to encounter each as a Pillar.

  1. See them.
  2. Receive them.
  3. Enter into them.

We can encounter these 2 Pillars before completing previous Ages.

  1. The Church Age
  2. The Kingdom Age
  3. The Ecclesia Age
  4. The Age of Melchizedek
  5. The Age of Peace

Receiving Authorizations and Mandates

  1. We receive Authorizations from The Authorized Pillar.
  2. We receive Mandates from The Mandated Pillar.

Giving Authorizations and Mandates

  1. We give Authorizations to others as The Authorized Pillar.
  2. We give Mandates to others as The Mandated Pillar.

There is a difference between Authorized and Mandated.

  1. Authorized is having been given general authority to do something.
  2. Mandated is having been given specific direction to do a specific thing.

What does this mean?

  • You aren’t mandated to do something unless you are first authorized to do it.
  • Being authorized to do something doesn’t mean that you are mandated.

To be mandated to do something:

  1. You are first given authorization.
  2. Then you are mandated.

Authorization comes with training in a name.

  • Examples include The Stones of various Ages.
  • Evangelist, Shepherd, Teacher, Prophet & Apostle in The Kingdom Age
  • King, Priest, Legislator, Oracle & Son in The Age of Melchizedek.

Authorization as a Stone is not Mandated to do a specific work in that name.

  • Here are some examples.

A trained Teacher isn’t mandated to teach everything to everyone.

  • A Teacher is mandated to teach specific things…
  • …to specific people…
  • … at specific times.

A trained Legislator isn’t mandated to legislate every Law she / he sees.

· A Legislator is mandated to legislate specific Laws…

· … at specific times…

· …for specific groups of people.

Once you are Authorized then a Mandate is needed.

What a mandate is and is not

What a Mandate is not:

  • A mandate is not seeing a need.

What a Mandate is:

  • A Mandate may include seeing a need.
  • It may include being moved by compassion towards people.
  • It will include anointing / empowerment.
  • It will include the presence of any co-workers that you need.

Examples of needed co-workers who may accompany a Mandate:

  • Any of The 7 Spirits of God
  • Any of Wisdom’s 7 Handmaidens
  • Any needed Angels
  • Any needed just Men made Perfect
  • Bench members

If it is a Body of Christ Mandate in may include:

  • The Members / parts of The Body needed to do the Mandate.

If it is a Headship Mandate it may include ( as needed ):

  • Those who function as Eyes
  • Those who function as Ears
  • Those who function as Noses

How are Mandates done?

  • Some mandates are done by one person alone with Heaven’s assistance.
  • Some Mandates are done by groups of people with Heaven’s assistance.

Mandates are either done with or without Heaven.

  • Those done without Heaven are done alone.
  • They are done only in our own strength.
  • They never really were a Mandate.
  • Those Mandates which are a true Mandate will come from Heaven.
  • And are done with Heaven.

Scripture Examples of Authorizations & Mandates

Authorizations

‘And Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” ’ Matthew 28:18-20

  • Yeshua was given all Authority in Heaven and on Earth.
  • Yeshua was functioning as The Authorized Pillar.
  • Yeshua Authorized 12 Authority to make disciples, baptize and teach.
  • The 12 received from Yeshua as The Authorized Pillar.

Mandates

‘Now an angel of the Lord spoke to Philip, saying, “Arise and go toward the south along the road which goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza.” This is desert. So he arose and went. And behold, a man of Ethiopia, a eunuch of great authority under Candace the queen of the Ethiopians, who had charge of all her treasury, and had come to Jerusalem to worship, was returning. And sitting in his chariot, he was reading Isaiah the prophet. Then the Spirit said to Philip, “Go near and overtake this chariot.” ’ Acts 8:26-29

Philip was a trained and sent Evangelist.

  • He had been Authorized as an Evangelist.

Philip was given 2 commands as an authorized Evangelist:

  1. “Arise and go toward the south along the road which goes down from Jerusalem to Gaza.”
  2. “Go near and overtake this chariot.”

Then the Mandate was revealed to Philip by circumstances.

  • Once Philip got to the chariot, he overhead the man reading scripture out loud.
  • And the man said that he didn’t know what the scripture meant.
  • The man clearly wanted to know what the scripture meant.
  • This was a God moment.
  • God had clearly orchestrated a situation where Philip was to preach The Gospel.
  • This was a clear mandate for Philip to preach The Gospel to the man.
  • Philip then preached Yeshua to the man.
  • The man believed and was baptized.

How was the Mandate revealed to Philip?

  1. An Angel of The LORD spoke a command to Philip.
  2. The Spirit spoke a second command to Philip.
  3. Circumstances then revealed the Mandate to Philip.

Notice that Philip wasn’t only responding to a need and a desire.

  • He had previously been Authorized as an Evangelist.
  • He then received a Mandate.
  • The Mandate was to preach The Gospel to a specific person at a specific time.
